WHY CHOOSE THE AGREGKIT?

Federal regulations and rules govern almost every aspect of agri-business in the agriculture, agri-food and bio-based markets. From production to packaging, labelling, marketing claims, and more – the sooner you understand your obligations, the faster you can get your product to market.

The AgRegKit can help you quickly identify which regulations apply to your innovation, what they mean, and which requirements you need to work on.

HOW DO WE STAY UP TO DATE?

Regulations are perpetually changing, so the AgRegKit is reviewed by industry experts for accuracy. The AgRegKit will notify you as regulations change, so you can be confident you’re working with the latest information.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ALONG THE WAY?

If you find yourself requiring guidance we are available to provide a helping hand. The AgRegKit Administrator and the Bioenterprise Analyst Team are just a phone call or email away!

IS THERE AN OPTION FOR A FACE-TO-FACE INTERACTION?

The AgRegKit team is located in the Agri-Technology Commercialization Centre (ATCC) in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. This means we have full access to the expertise and facilities within the Centre including Bioenterprise Corporation, Soy 20/20 and Ontario Agri-Food Technologies.

We welcome you to reach out at any point if you’d like to sit down to discuss your file in-person with our team - or simply send your questionnaire in for review.

If Bioenterprise did not refer you to the AgRegKit, you will be invited to complete the Bioenterprise Opportunity Evaluation.  This step is required should you wish to be connected with a member from our Analyst Team, as we will need to learn more about your business in order to provide you with assistance.
